Which is interesting, accumulation has happened throughout, but who is loading now and continuing to buy at higher and higher prices for large blocks with an overall low volume stock, that is not normal. Penny traders don't load large blocks on low volume stocks, it's almost rule #1 which is why we have not gotten the attention of ihub or twitter groups, volume is not enough for people to pay attention.
