Even crazier, cup already formed on the monthly chart, never have I seen a setup like this, how much it has been accumulated, how thinly it trades, how little profit taking at much much higher levels.
I am beginning to think it is all by design, the delays were needed but perhaps done with purpose.
Won't see many monthly charts on the OTC that look like this, especially looking at the volume, look how much it took the first go round and how little this time, CRAZY!!!
