Dont know exactly how it all works but I thought it can be a cash for stock or a stock for stock. If they were to offer $20.00 cash for every share or do all of RVVTF shares turn into Pfizer (trading at 36.82 today)

I would agree to $10 a share, but $12 is more than fair now and most of that valuation is based on Intellectual Property & Patent possibilities with Psychedelic & CBD meds.

Positive news the price tag goes $20.
