Judge Jones very calm this last hearing. Still giving Sussberg rope to hang himself and that's starting to happen. Sussberg is talking tough, talking angry, but he is covering up he is scared.

He looked horrible this last hearing, and JJ was actually directing Dublin and Tier One Minority "go for it baby" you've got my attention.

Sussberg is the one squirming and JJ I think is slowly but steadily re-shaping this bk. The work backwards from November 24-25, his comment about Black Friday almost here, and he constanly reminds he is very asute about retail bk's in particular, I think Okin and shareholders are well positioned, a good time to be on the alert, kind of like the fly on the wall but also be ready to make a move at the right time.

It was the best JJ has ever treated Okin after a previous bad outing, and I think JJ has just about had his fill of Sussberg as we all have.
