That's helpful to know that they haven't ever done one before, and yes I think that is meaningful given how low their stock has been for so long. Something that Marvin has said a couple times recently in PRs that also tends to make me think they won't do a rs is he stated that they are getting $ support from certain industry insiders and producers, enough so for them to go ahead with certain projects that they had been thinking they would have to wait until later to start on. I mean why would they do a rs if they have the $ they need already to work on all the projects they can juggle at one time? I'm sure they know that if they did rs that their valuation would take a big hit. One thing that all of us who have posted on HQGE very recently agree on is that we believe that they have something good going and that the stock price is going to better reflect that soon.
