Maybe it said that the drug needs to be called an antiviral but not actually reduce viral load (remdesevir), rather than be an effective mAb which reduces cytokine storm, restores immune system and thereby reduce viral load but not actually be a classical antiviral RdRp (leronlimab).

These articles can be so confusing as they promote ineffective but BP produced and government promoted “solutions”
