Long time no see (well, relatively).

Yes, as many of us predicted, led by you, there will be no EUA for DECN.

This though will be the gist of another DECN excuse... "we would have gotten the EUA but the FDA didn't want our test to get approved, so they changed the rules".

I can just picture the proof pirate posting that right here, or maybe it will come in a PR or new "open letter"!

I guess our predictions were just another example of our "wild inaccurate speculation" (link to classic quote here: https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=158580692 )

There is no doubt in my mind that Berman has known for quite some time that this would never get authorized. Plan B was India, which as we know, won't result in anything but hype, not significant sales. The only other explanation would be extreme incompetence, that he truly doesn't understand the science of why it will not pass any review. Take your pick.

Time to trawl through the many posts where we predicted that DECN would NEVER get an EUA for any Genviro product. Because that prescience was not too much of a stretch with a cursory analysis of the published facts. Requests for proof for such assertions can now be directed to today's FDA announcement. Zero Genviro product will now be sold in the U.S.A. And it doesn't look good for the pretendy overseas sales either!

You kind of think that Berman was sent packing by the FDA long before now vis a vis a request for data that Berman did not have and could not get, by dint of the fact that his test kit (what little of it there is!) doesn't actually work!

Lol. This is hardly news! Most of us knew that there would be no EUA. Take a bow!
