If PCTL management is expecting any more of these PO's with 50% deposits, they need to get this manufacturing facility done ASAP! If they (PCTL) begin this relationship with slow delivery and set-up times, it will affect future orders. Maybe within the contract, there is a variable delivery timeframe that both parties have agreed to and understand.
