It's important not to lose sight of the team's accomplishments with building Federal, State, and Local Government support, completing feasibility studies, preliminary engineering, building a team of contractors, and securing significant permits. This project truly is about as derisked as it can be without being fully financed. Scott has things lined up and ready to charge ahead as soon as funding is released, and my fingers are crossed that we'll see a press release announcing a finalized debt funding package soon.
