Who said the VC path was about ignorance? When it comes to financing, you have to be willing to accept their terms. VC's fund a good many endeavors, and the deals are always too favorable to them.

vc are willing to take a chance on a company...they can fund it and if things can go well, they get paid HUGELY when the company ipo's...

if the company is already a public company, then yea, they gonna want a big piece of that pie...

and kim is too cheap and stupid to realize he needed to go that route...he tacked on many years to the kblb fiasco by refusing to obtain financing from SOMEWHERE besides nickel and dimes from dilution...

if kim had a smart vc, he would have seen to it that they got into vietnam within a few months...it was really only a matter of influence and getting someone from vietnam to be your dog in the fight...you tell him what you need, provide him with the resources he might need and then you set him loose to bite whoever needs to get bit...i said that from day one...

the opposition had their Rottweiler...kblb had kim...the toy poodle..
