Odd that you just started posting on 10/02/2020 - but the complaint was from 2012.

"2012, and they were SHORT SELLING FOR NITE (Knight Securities) I have the trading ledgers which I got with FINRA Arbitration.

$40,000 for "Selling for a client at a price substantially less than market price"

Anyone can check Broker Check with the disclosures for each broker.

I didn't find any $40,000 Fines in 2012 - they were only in 2006 and 2007.

Why don't you post it.
