Great news! "FDA will no longer review LDTs under EUA for COVID-19 pandemic"

LOL, just what berman has been hoping for....plausible deniability. He kept the scam going long enough to claim that darn FDA screwed him again by changing the rules to the game.

The alternative reality of the pink sheet investor will be..."See! its a good thing we started selling to the imaginary international market where regulatory approval will be almost non-existant."

It's official! No EUA for DECN!!! Yes, yes, yes!!

The (new) approach will apply to new EUA submissions, as well as those already in the pipeline for review.

"There were a few, as we approached this new policy, that we finished up, because they were so close to the finish line and we had worked closely with those [developers], and in fairness it seemed the right thing to do,"

Of course several DECN shareholders with losing positions have, in true pink sheet fashion, misinterpreted the FDA change, somehow thinking that because the announcement says that the FDA isn't going to issue EUA's anymore, that this means the FDA will not review any more Covid-19 tests at all, allowing DECN can now sell their tests in the USA.

This might be the best example I've ever seen of the clueless of the typical pink "sheet" investor. They can look at any fact, and misinterpret it as very bullish for their company!

I look for Berman to put out a smokescreen PR about this, claiming that this is good for DECN! lol

How can anyone not enjoy DECN with this kind of entertainment?
