It's very simple.....apparently just too fucking simple for people to get their pea brains around (they'd rather follow a bunch of rabbit trails to nowhere...lol):
If you wear a mask, you can't spread it.....and probably won't get it either..or get a low enough dose to where your body can take care of it.
