im seeing this too on level 2 , but also saw the bid price at .007 .
its probably nothing. 2 weeks ago on another stock, I saw an ask price of $10 but bid price was like 0.02 cents .

Its been doing that for a few minutes every morning, showing a random number for the ask. Other day i saw .23 for like 3 minutes. Not surprised ur seeing it at midnight now lol

It has nothing to do with final ask from previous day
