(IMO), Insiders sold and bought up to $40 on, and also sold to the public on the way down. I believe they are buying up and down that $2 range. If they are buying now at $2, then it stands to reason they will be the majority selling when it tops again, at whatever they feel is a good number to top.
( Methodology is to "Buy low Sell high")
They claim they Buy on rumor, Sell on news. I think they (whoever they are) cause market emotion(s).
Who else can buy so many shares at one time or over time and at all price ranges? I know I cannot!
