In my opinion TESLA will buy out the company for their lithium deposits and their patent technology.
The two combined, in my view make this company an acquisition target for Tesla to secure very nearby and uninterrupted supplies of lithium. No more being subject to the whims of any other government’s policies.
Then they can get on with building the cars and selling them.
