If you go through the posts here, you will see they are neighbours (well, that's what was claimed) with Cypress Development Corp which has a market cap of $47million.

That would put this at $0.37 .... if they have roughly the same asset ... and that doesn't include anything for the proprietary methods they are developing

So, seems undervalued here at $0.04 ?
