This is a grey sheet stock their is NO obligation to do anything, in fact their lawyer most likely told them not to communicate to shareholders to relieve them from further incriminating Talk. This will be at .0001 very soon. No different from the past 25 yrs of suspended stock that have never, not one made it back to otcbb.
