The company will not have enough cash flow to pay off millions in notes and the note holders can simply refuse to be paid off and prefer to convert since they will make more money
Company used $7M in operating cash to generate $2M in revenues, you think they made enough changes in 3 months to offset that and not only have enough cash for growth but excess cash to pay off debt.
And what Assets? They have no assets outside of intangibles which is a customer list, they have no other assets to use for financing.
