no one is saying that the conversions that may come in November December are lives. however you miss the point period cash flow should be good enough to pay off those notes.

SO that just means more notes will be converting outside of those, company had 3B shares reserved for conversion of 6/30 when the O/S was 600M and change, so the O/S will grow to 3.6B-3.7B or so
