wire if you haven't noticed IBAC is down about 80-90% since that PR and thats with the divi. You do not want a RS it is a recipe for disaster. What we want is a PR that the aquisitions have been completed, the ecommerse site up and running, and then with the profits a buyback. If those things come to pass this stock could at the very least be at .001 and probably higher.
