Speculation and guess work, that's all the chat is all about since the 8-K of October 6, 2020.

Please be it known the the proposed 1 Trillion A/S and the proposed R/S are still in effect. They have not been cancelled. Paul deliberately left it out for the avoidance of repetition. You may wish to call him and confirm this.

To cancel the 8-K announcing the increase in A/S and the R/S, another 8-K or whatever has to be filed.

Nevertheless, because I hold position in the stock, I am desirous of the stock heading NORTH, not even North-East.
