Yep ELSE has a low float. That's all you need in this market. I've followed this one for many years and have owned it on and off. They've got an excellent balance sheet and the stock is good for the occasional low float spike. But their financials have disappointed for several quarters now, so didn't think there was any rush to buy.
Curious action today on ELSE. Big pop. No news. Huge volume. And it's not the usual pump & dump, but more of a sustained move today. Looks like it's time to buy a basket of low floaters and hope the mania finds you.
