Howard, are you saying that you expected the OSC to file a formal public complaint containing allegations of fraud, stock manipulation and unauthorized trading by insiders? Let me tell you that if the OSC filed this public complaint, they are almost certainly very confident in their proof of the allegations and it is doubtful that Petar and the rest of the respondents named therein will be able to refute them on January 8, especially given the fact that someone said on this board today that Petar hadn't even seen the complaint. All we have been told about before today was a "letter" that Petar allegedly received instructing him to cease trading the company's shares. No hint about any formal complaint by the OSC.
If you expected this type of action with this sort of allegations, why didn't you alert your fellow shareholders? Were you aware of this complaint before it was posted on the board today?
