Yes it is. Easy to spot, obvious, etc. Amazingly easy to spot, and just as amazing that shareholders don't see it.

The best part of all of these is how pink sheet shareholders have about a 2 month memory. All you need to do is promise something new and they'll forget and brush aside any pumps from 2-3 months ago.

The list of put aside failed pumps is near endless! How about the helping professional sports teams get on with their seasons, the allowing Broadway to open, the USC LA partnership, the testing that was supposed to be done last month, to name just a few!? Not a peep from them! Just keep telling them, "still coming, just wait a few months". I don't think an 8 year old would keep falling for that, yet Berman gets away with it for years!

I think the cries about the CE mark in September are now silent? ;-) lol
