There are risks in all stocks. That is clearly one here but it doesn't stop me personally from investing in what I believe in. Just my opinion. Cheers!

Track, the Imperium spinout is not a ”buyout”. It is a way to share the future revenues and profits of Imperium with an investor (A SPaC presumably). DSGT would get some of the SPaC money depending on their holding in Imperium. We DSGT shareholders will be shareholders in the spun out Imperium. It's not a ”walkaway” deal
