They all purchased shares at once priced at .02, they all convert at the same time. So they all either get screwed or they all don't, well depending on when they actually sell at least.
I think you are saying this based off the assumption that if they produce financials and consistently communicate with shareholders that an elevated share price cant be sustained. I disagree with that. I have seem plenty of real companies listed on the OTC maintain market caps $50 million plus for years.
The only time to fear a pump and dump is if the company is fake or has nothing substantial to back it up. I dont believe that is the case here.
