I did a complete SEC complaint with links and evidence, there is a kcpc holdings in NY, then the kcpc in AZ. Darcy's name is off anything online, but I included it. Still baffles me how people investing in ICO's 10MM walk away withoit a PEEP! NOT A SINGLE PEEP.
