Wouldn't it be the cat's meeooowwww to see RBII get favor to jump right over the OTC shysters and qualify for a NASDAQ listing in the not so distant future? I don't know if that can even be legally done, but that would sure send a grimacing message to the A-holes trying to keep RBII from prospering.
