They saw 2 red flags on 2 PR's and setup a temporary suspension. Fraud or Scam was no where in that publication. Even in their information they put out later in their response to the suspension termination. There was not any SCAM or FRAUD terminology stated in that documentation either. You would know this if you took the time to read it.

We are in the grey market due to the system that is set up for the OTC market. If the same rules applied to the OTC market as they do for the other markets, then this stock would still be trading as normal.
