SKDI is pretty much considered a holding company as they now have at least3 companies under their control and umbrella. The direction they changed was buying a company with solid profits and huge revenues. The previous 2 companies was a small but growing online CBD company and the second was a ground up build of the NUMUNI platform that is to be a disrupter to conventional online add revenue for websites. This is the first company that has solid revenue numbers and profits along with a track record of increasing annual revenues since 2004. Those revenues as of last year were said to be close to 11 million annually. That is the direction change they made. I look forward to reading more about the new company when they release the official 8k including the revenue numbers. This is just bonus, in my opinion, as my real interest here is the NUMUNI project. That platform could be a 100 million dollar company if this new technology is well adopted. That is what I care about but the rest certainly is bonus to me at the moment. This one will make a serious move in time, just not sure when that time will be.
