Yep, folks are loading tick by tick in such a fashion that its not getting much attention in OTC. Rather say they don't want.
Keeping low bid all the time and good buying volume, that's what we have seen here. Bid gets whacked and ask gets bought. Irrespective, this is going up.
I was thinking that I will sell some at 6-8 dollars a share, but hey hey !!! I am going this long for 20 dollars a share.
