Hopefully, Never. Serial P&D EVTI should be suspended for gravely delinquent financials (5 years late).

In addition, EVTI has provided No current nor publicly available financials since 2015. That is now Required by the SEC’s new amendments to Exchange Act Rule 15c2-11.
