Confusing! Shares coming out of the outstanding shares? Who has these shares now?

Recent case document states that Locksmith et al want the release of about 95mm shares to them (not 125 mm).

Defendants (VPLM, New Horizon Transfer) stated that Plaintiffs (Locksmith et al) are not in possession of the 95mm shares (not 125mm).

Something doesn't add up. You mean that the outstanding share count will be reduced

These shares will not be coming back to Voippal because KippingKwan won the lawsuit.
