Gambling, sure why not except I was refereeing to folks doing 8 years bag holding (never traded this) and some have placed $100k into an investment like this based on some positive write ups that as of today have not come through. FF is no safe bet, as well the housing market is in a massive bubble and when it pops many in this sector will as well. Once the stimulus ends so does this market..
