Not seeing a update on the OS since last month 9/2. It would be a little disconcerting if the SP dropped as much as it did without the note converting. Especially that big drop right before news the following day. It would be better to see the note converted and done with imo.

So does this mean the venture capital firm did not convert their 122K debt into shares? if that's the case, got to wonder why not. Are they expecting the stock to rise soon and waiting or what?
