Federal funding cant be used to fund increased manufacturing nor IP acqusition. Its to be used for R&D and manufacturing of specific products.

I doubt this shelf has anything to do with O2 in regards to masks. O2 can produce 100k masks a day already. In also doubt R&D on infusing Si3N4 into cloth is that expensive. Testing could easily exceed development I'm sure.

My thoughts are if Sonny plans to use this new shelf at all it'll be to fund Aerospace/Defense related IP/manufacturing. We shall see.

Partners like Zimmer Biomet should fund any clinical trials.
