Not sure I can agree with your view here... I worked for a start up that was acquired by MDT and I can confidently tell you that until TMDI is FDA cleared and in-serviced at 20 to 30 hospitals, it will be hard to get acquired... $20M will not get us there... only the capital needed to rollout this system for hospital evaluations and adoption, manufacturing, training, inventory etc... I’m very concerned about everyone’s optimism on how this is going ... it would have been a whole different story if FDA cleared already... even with a more basic system...

Great post Kahuna. The closer to the finish line we get and the more disclosure the public receives, the more interest will be generated and I suspect additional parties will want to help us get across the finish line. In taking away the options for the board members and voting down the reverse split, I will reiterate shareholders have won.

If Medtronic wants Titan to get FDA approval before buying them, so be it. You never who will come knocking on the door. Hope Medtronic does not wait too long. Can you imagine Medtronic coming out with HUGO and then Titan goes it alone or somebody else buys them out? Medtronic pays for Titan's IP then Titan goes it alone and takes market share away from Medtronic. That would be a bit of a head scratcher.

Well written BigK - It's Sunday so I pray you are right. The AGM voting has to be a wake up call for McNally - He the Chief Engineering Officer (that's the reality of his performance he's not a CEO with that 2 cent performance) now should know he has a fiduciary duty to increase SP and internally grow the company for the benefit of the stock owners that invested in Titan. Albeit it's not easy to build a medical robot - Patents, hardware, IT software (ask Mustang - knows way more than me)---- Getting back to McNally - he knows it's his last year as a CEO - I'm so happy about the voting (51% approval).. He is now pushed to become a true CEO and get the SP over a dollar, and/or build institutional investments - the best move he can make is expedite a partnership/sale to Medtronic....
