And that means what for the dead worthless shares ? Since we have seen the 11 bids we know the 2 buyers who wanted the business as a whole . They were lcy and g5 and they both wanted the whole Sarnia sludge business. And we know who got it . Yes Sarnia was its own business if one were to read and comprehend the court filings . We also know the buyer wanted nothing to do with the debt ridden Delaware corporation and the worthless shares attached to it . So the desperation spinning of business as a WHOLE is laughable as the facts have been known for years . Thanks for keeping the fantasy alive though.

LOL cmon man!
Nobody not one company bid on the entire business which included the shares.
Let’s see a link to this fantasy deal of who bought the Corp and the shares attached to it.
What does it matter that Visolis/LCY got the list of past customers? What does it matter since they purchased all of the books and records that they also wanted the past customers? That would make sense and be a great place to find folks to sell to.
What does it matter that LCYB stated in a recent presentation that they are supplying 75% of the world’s demand for Bio Succinic Acid?
How does that have anything to do with the shares that were never purchased and are attached to the shell along with $80-100 mil of debt and has Zero assets left?
None of this has anything at all to do with the shares which are attached to the Delaware Corp.
soon the court case will close and the 2 year date will pass and Nothing will happen for current shareholders at all. Nobody is buying the shares Not KKR or anyone else.
In another month or two we will see the fake outrage against PWC and KKR I’m sure as well as lawsuit talk being thrown around lol

This document came after the failure of the SISP. As you know, the SISP yielded no buyers for the shares of the company. They were liquidating. The best they could hope for was a buyer acquiring all that was left in one fell swoop (the “business as a whole”). If there is any confusion, take a look at the APA that was signed and presented along with this report.

Either you believe what the Monitor has written or not.

I know you and the twitter crew are doing some sort of victory lap about the last screenshot...

But what the hell does that have to do with BIOAQ?
I’ll give you a hint. Not a damn thing.
