Joe did not renew the monthly hosting plan so the website was deleted and soon the domain name will be available to purchase. Joe most likely gave up the website because either he is moving on to a new venture or more likely he merged the company into another so therefore there’s no need for it. The website was very basic so he probably paid some web designer overseas under $100 to create it. Everything he did was a smoke show!
