Well...it did scare the Asian and EU markets, but as expected things had calmed down during the US session. SnP futures were down over 60 points at one point...DOW over 500 etc. Then when London opened, they started buying it up. Be interesting to see how futures open today. They are downplaying Trumps condition and what they're putting out is generally he's doing very well, so I suspect the market will open up. Picked up some SVXY in pre mkt at 34.60 and was just going to let it ride, but got stopped out on the VIX spike eod for a small gain.
