I agree that the R/S only affects Class C, that is clear from the announcement. It would be quite the windfall for EL to get 12x the value for each Class C share were the A->C conversion ratio to remain constant. By my calculation EL effectively pain 0.001/share. Such a deal!

I think it's a waste of time to worry about conversion rates of preferred shares to common. The preferred shares are a control block. No one sells them into the market. If they ever get sold it will be as a single unit to a new buyer to take control.

Converting them to sell into the market would be so odd and rare that it's not something I'm going to lose sleep over.
