How do we find out what the performance criteria are for each BOD?

It is performance based in the amount they steal from the other shareholders. The higher the stock price the more money they can steal. They get 25 million shares no matter what. The good news from all of this is that some savvy billionaires can take control of the Company by only accumulating 10 to 15% of the Company then enlist the 44% of shares that voted no for this shameless money grab in a proxy fight for control of the Company. In nine or ten months if no approval there could be a serious proxy contest mounted to oust the current BOD. Sustained low share prices will enable the Activist White Knights to accumulate cheaply. Five Knights each with less than 5% (under the reporting threshold) could band together to pull off a Coup de Gras, Carl Icahn style by sending out proxy solicitations to replace the board. I urge all shareholders to contact your brokers to register all your shares in your own name and out of street name where your broker votes your shares for you. So many shares were held in street name was the only reason the authorized theft happened. I hope these greedy BOD members and Nader can see the writing on the walls. It would be ironic and fitting if these White Knight Investors came from the ranks of the Paulson Firm or were an organized band of the Paulson Investors.
