longterm, good on ya. I am in a similar situation your brothers sons. I am in the pricess of moving through the ranks. We have close to 400 employees and over 300 clients/beds to fill. Its a huge biweekly payroll too, therefore i know how much stress and how tough it is to look after so many peoples lives who work for you.
