Because of Covid-19, it's been moved to October 1st, which is yesterday, they had Minute Order yesterday. Lazar's team already submitted the docs, the judge will review the docs and will make a decision/ruling in due course.

Same happened for $ZYRX, it also has motion to bar unasserted claims on Oct. 5th, also had minute order on Oct. 1st.
