Just as many might have thought. BRAV cannot stay current. Would venture to guess that with no Attorney Letter in a certain amount of days after remitting financials, that this is the reason for the Downgrade. Just don't understand how DA after having a bowel movement cannot seem to wipe, as no job is finished until the paperwork is done.
