White Lion deal isnt structured like convertible notes. They get 95% of lowest of last 5 days of trading if I recall correctly. Convertibles usually are structured like a pyschopath, no chance of redemption. S-1 registered the 500m+ shares, that is done with already, until we see more shares registered, talking about it makes little sense.
