NIH has confirmed the trials and 26m in grants for them in a few articles but they have not yet announced it. seems they announce trials once they are initiated, first patient dosed, which is said to be imminent.

This is very possible. Heck, even the campus there in Bethesda has couple hundred beds with level 3-4. Maybe it will update/pop-up on clinical trial.gov soon.
