I don't think the RLFTF folks will build up any expectations around that and I am assuming that posts by me aren't going to do that either but it does seem possible that if results are clear before the 28 day period they might just issue a report with all the justifications for its validity. Election pressures and pandemic pressures also might help bring that about....but it is not anything to count on heavily.
