Its a little late for that. Once SEC revoked NEWC, that is about all they can do.

Any further action against NEWC or its management can only take place in the criminal or civil courts.

SEC fulfilled its main responsibility by revoking shares and making trading those shares virtually impossible.

Last chance to sell those shares was for the short period of time between when the trading suspension ended and the shares revoked.

By the way, tomorrow is the 3-year anniversary of NEWC's revocation.
